These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Cypriot by Descent LTD, a private consultancy company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16626661), with its registered office at 5 Alan Lodge, Nether Street, London, N3 1QH.
By engaging the services of Cypriot by Descent LTD, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Cypriot by Descent LTD is a private consultancy offering one-to-one guidance for individuals applying for Republic of Cyprus citizenship by descent or marriage. The company is not a law firm, nor is it operated by a solicitor or regulated immigration advisor, and does not provide legal advice. All guidance is based on professional experience and familiarity with administrative processes in the UK and Cyprus.
Cypriot by Descent LTD provides honest and accurate information based on the details shared by the client. However, the company does not guarantee a successful outcome, as all decisions are made by the Civil Registry and Migration Department of the Republic of Cyprus and other official Cypriot authorities.
Cypriot by Descent LTD is not responsible for delays, rejections, or administrative changes made by government departments.
Services are offered at four tiered levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Bespoke. Each package includes a clearly defined scope of support.
Clients may upgrade to a higher package at any time by paying the difference in price. If a request falls outside the scope of the current package, the company will inform the client before proceeding. There is no obligation to upgrade, but support beyond the purchased scope will not be provided.
Scope and pricing may change at any time; however, the scope and price applicable at the time of purchase will be honoured for that transaction.
3.1 Package Scope Definitions
Bronze: A personalised report outlining likely eligibility, required documents, where to obtain them, which application form to complete, and where to submit it. This is based on standard requirements compiled into an accessible guide.
Silver: Includes everything in Bronze, plus a review of the client’s documents with feedback, form selection guidance, and one month of one-to-one support via phone, email, or WhatsApp. A tailored next-step plan is included.
Gold: Includes everything in Bronze and Silver, plus three months of one-to-one support, guidance on appointment booking, military exemption applications (if eligible), and assistance reviewing completed application forms and documents. Cypriot by Descent LTD will not complete forms unless otherwise agreed under a Bespoke package.
Bespoke: Includes all services in Bronze, Silver, and Gold, plus unlimited support, tailored help for complex or undocumented cases, and — where agreed — submission of the application on the client’s behalf. A money-back guarantee applies under specific conditions outlined in Section 4.
3.2 One-to-One Guidance Boundaries
One-to-one guidance for Silver, Gold, and Bespoke services is limited to the advertised duration. Support is provided at reasonable intervals via phone, email, or WhatsApp. Cypriot by Descent LTD reserves the right to limit or suspend support where:
There is abuse or inappropriate conduct
The service is misused (e.g., repeated out-of-scope requests)
Communication volume is unreasonable or excessive
This is to ensure equitable service across all clients.
The Bespoke service includes a money-back guarantee if an application is unsuccessful solely due to demonstrably incorrect guidance provided in writing by Cypriot by Descent LTD.
This guarantee does not apply if:
False, incomplete, or misleading information was provided
Required documents were not obtained, translated, or submitted
Changes in law or policy affect eligibility
Advice was not followed or the application strategy was changed
Refusal was for unrelated reasons (e.g., identity issues, missed deadlines, undisclosed criminal history)
All refund requests will be reviewed in full, and the company reserves the right to deduct reasonable administrative fees.
Bronze, Silver, and Gold packages are non-refundable once any deliverable has been provided.
Cancellations before service commencement may be eligible for a refund, minus an admin fee.
Bespoke refunds are governed by the above Money-Back Guarantee.
All prices are in GBP (£) and payable in advance via approved platforms (e.g., bank transfer, Stripe, PayPal). Third-party costs (e.g., document retrieval, apostilles) are billed separately.
Invoices are issued electronically. Full payment is required before work begins on Bronze, Silver, or Gold services. Bespoke services require a deposit, with a payment schedule agreed in advance.
Failure to pay may result in:
Reminders at reasonable intervals
Service suspension or cancellation
Interest charged at 3% above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
Engagement is considered confirmed upon acceptance of invoice, payment, or written agreement to proceed.
Turnaround times will be stated in the invoice or agreed prior to payment. They begin upon receipt of full payment and required documentation.
Delays may result from:
Late or incomplete information
Unexpected workload or scheduling issues
External dependencies (e.g., archive closures, government delays)
In such cases, Cypriot by Descent LTD will notify the client and revise delivery dates as needed.
Consumers have the right to cancel within 14 calendar days of contract formation, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If the client requests service delivery within this period and the service is fully performed, the right to cancel is waived. If partially performed, charges may apply for completed work.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to: info@cypriotbydescent.co.uk. A cancellation form is available on request.
Where Cypriot by Descent LTD assists in obtaining documents, it will never charge more than the official fee plus a pre-agreed handling fee. All records remain the property of the client.
Cypriot by Descent LTD complies with UK GDPR. By engaging its services, clients consent to the use of personal data for consultancy purposes.
Data will be:
Stored securely
Not used for marketing
Only shared with consent for service fulfilment

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of England and Wales, with informal resolution attempted first where possible.
Clients are under no obligation to proceed with any recommendations. Guidance is provided in good faith, and clients are only charged for services explicitly purchased.

Client errors or omissions
Legal or administrative changes
Delays by third parties
Total liability is limited to the value of the purchased service, except in cases of fraud or gross negligence.
